Rachel Hyde has wanted to be a writer for as long as she can remember. As a child, she loved to read so much that she dreamed of writing stories other people could read. She still thinks one of the most perfect books ever written is Charlotte's Web, by E.B. White, which includes the line: “It is not often that someone comes along who is a true friend and a good writer.” Rachel's fondest hope is that someday this might be said of her.
